More musings

1. Manny…sterioids and the ridiculous contradiction

Busted, hahahahaahahahahahaahahahaahahahahahahaha (plays Cops theme song) , okay, I’m done, but on a more serious note, I just love how the baseball analysts are all “he’s not getting in my hall of fame because he cheated” or “he made the playing field non-level.” Besides for being ridiculously stupid (you know they’ll eventually get in)…Let’s just be honest, the playing field wasn’t level to begin with. Some players are better than others. If you want a truly level playing field you’d have to restrict the talents of those more talented. So as to “bring the others up.” In otherwords, everyone would have to hit the same amount of home runs, the same batting average, the same era, same strike outs, if we want the playing field to be even. So even if person x is on steroids, it really doesn’t matter either way he still has a 70% chance of failure, the pitcher can still get raked out the yard. There’s no such thing as “Baseball Communism” so unless they want to start restricting really good players, I say let them in the hall of fame, no astrix needed.

2. President Zero and credit cards

I don’t have a credit card, and I’m glad. As a math major (with emphasis in common sense) it didn’t make too much sense for me to have one. a. It’s not my money and I hate borrowing from anyone and b. The resultant is negative (add interest) with respect to what you pay for. If you don’t have the money, don’t buy it. Plain and simple…Adrienne has more 🙂

3. Happy Mother’s day

To all Mothers, spiritual, and maternal. Thank you! It gets harder for me each and every year. 😦
